After buying a home in Catskill, NY, I found myself having to cancel a full day of work so I could drive up and deal with something happening at the house. That was the moment I realized how valuable it would be to have someone local who could simply put eyes on the property, figure out what was going on and help manage whatever needed to happen next.

Now that I'm a real estate agent working across the Hudson Valley and Catskills, I see that need even more. Buying a home upstate is one thing. Figuring out how to actually own it from a distance is another. How do you manage a renovation, meet a contractor, check on work that's being done or deal with the random things that inevitably come up when you're hours away?

That's where On-Site Upstate comes in.

I'm local, I know houses, and I'm comfortable working with contractors and vendors. I can stop by, see what's actually happening, ask questions, send photos and updates, help figure out next steps and generally be the person on the ground when you can't be.

Sometimes you don't need a full-time project manager. You just need someone you trust to actually be there.
