WHY ON-SITE UPSTATE
Hi, I'm L!
I'm a licensed real estate agent working across the Hudson Valley and Catskills, and I kept seeing the same problem: someone buys a place they love upstate, hires a contractor, heads back home, and then spends the next six months trying to figure out what's actually happening at their property.
I've been there, too.
I've bought and renovated my own properties upstate, managed projects while trying to work and have a life, worked with local contractors and vendors, and learned how quickly a small unanswered question can become an expensive problem.
There's a huge difference between getting an update and having someone who's actually there.
That's why I started On-Site Upstate: to give property owners managing renovations from a distance a local point of contact who's paying attention.
Someone local, reliable, and looking after your project the way I'd want someone looking after mine.

WHAT I DO
A local point of contact for your project.
Scheduled site visits + project updates
Photos and a written update after every visit, so you know what's happening even when you can't be there.
Contractor coordination
Direct communication with your crew to keep things moving and get answers when you need them.
Budget + timeline tracking
Keeping an eye on where things stand and giving you a heads-up when something starts to slip.
Local vendor sourcing
Electricians, landscapers, cleaners, handymen and whatever else the project needs next. I'll help find the right person and make the connection.
On-site problem solving
When something comes up and you need someone local to take a look, I can step in.
