Whether you're managing a smaller renovation from a distance or want more consistent oversight on a full renovation or build, we'll figure out a level of involvement that makes sense.

CHECK-IN

$950/month

For smaller renovations and projects that don’t need constant oversight.

Up to three scheduled site visits each month, with photos and a written project update after every visit, so you always know where things stand.

FULL LIAISON

Starting at $1,500/month or 5% of the construction budget

For larger renovations and builds where you want someone consistently involved and paying attention.

Weekly site visits, contractor communication, budget and timeline tracking, and photos with written updates as the project moves along. For projects with a defined start and finish, you can choose a percentage of the agreed construction budget instead of a monthly rate, with approved change orders billed separately.

Final pricing is set during your consultation based on the size, location, and scope of the project.

ON-CALL

$175 first hour, $75/hour after

For when you don’t need ongoing help, you just need someone there.

I’ll go to the property, take a look at what’s happening, document what I find, and help coordinate next steps if needed.

The first hour includes travel within my standard service area. Additional travel fees may apply for properties farther away.
