Whether you're managing a smaller renovation from a distance or want more consistent oversight on a full renovation or build, we'll figure out a level of involvement that makes sense.

CHECK-IN

$700–$950/month

For smaller renovations and projects that don't need constant oversight.

Up to three scheduled site visits each month, with photos and a written project update after every visit.

FULL LIAISON

Starting at $1,500/month

For larger renovations and builds where you want someone consistently involved and paying attention.

Weekly site visits, contractor communication, ongoing budget and timeline tracking, photos and written updates, and coordination as the project moves along.

Pricing depends on the size, location and scope of the project.

ON-CALL

$200 first hour + $80/hour after

For when you don't need ongoing help, you just need someone there.

I'll go to the property, take a look at what's happening, document what I find and help coordinate next steps if needed.

The first hour includes travel within my standard service area. Additional travel fees may apply for properties farther away.

I'll walk the property with you and help prioritize what's worth fixing, updating, cleaning up or staging before you list. I can also connect you with trusted local contractors and vendors to help get the work done.

Available as a standalone pre-listing consultation for homeowners in the Hudson Valley and Catskills, or as part of preparing a property to list with me.
